Machine operation (Rubber Extruder, Roll Grinder, Lathe Operator, etc.) experience is desired but not required as on-the-job training will be provided. Individuals that possess successful management, leadership qualities, engineering skills and ability to problem solve could be ideal candidates. Candidates specifically with SolidWorks, CadKey, CNC programming and Lathe operation experience may excel in our environment. A desire to continue learning is required. MWM is prepared to generously reward applicants who have experience. Full-time applicants are preferred but applicants with part-time interest will be considered.

Salary: $19.00 - $23.25 per hour based on experience and competency. this is not an entry level position. This is for highly skilled and qualified operators.
