The Manager of Inventory Accounting and Analysis is responsible for managing inventory accounting and inventory project teams. Responsible for day-to-day month-close and quarter-end accounting, reporting, and analysis functions.

How you will make an impact:

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Reviews journal entries and reconciliation, monthly and quarterly financial reporting and analysis, and complex and comprehensive analysis of financial results.

  • Prepares and presents financial reporting and analysis to senior leadership.

  • Manages SOX and other internal controls.

  • Coordinates and leads critical and complex projects.

  • Prepares internal management reporting and manages internal and external audits.

  • Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or Business and minimum of 8 years progressively more responsible experience in a financial management position with a medium to large insurance company; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

  • CPA, CFM or CMA designation preferred.

  • MBA or Masters in Accounting preferred. Specialty Pharmacy experience preferred.
