About the role

The CBRE HSE Technology System Implementation Sr Analyst is responsible for assisting the HSE Strategic Operations Team of a key tech client with work streams and collaborating with various cross-functional teams to map, implement and deliver support to the HSE technology solution.

What you'll do

  • Collaborate and communicate with key stakeholders and project leaders to ensure successful completion of project deliverables.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and help optimize platform processes and/or workflows.

  • Act as a liaison between end-users, stakeholders and platform implementation partners to effectively convey user needs, potential issues, and feedback.

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the system’s features, functionalities, and workflows to help leverage the system’s full potential.

  • Assist with system configurations and customizations to better align with stakeholder needs, increase efficiencies, and enhance overall user experience.

  • Develop and implement custom dashboards and reports in accordance with stakeholder and business needs.

  • Help identify bugs, errors, and system-related issues.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact to triage, troubleshoot and help resolve end-user issues directly or through collaboration with applicable implementation partners.

  • Manage user roles and permissions and ensure proper access controls are maintained.

  • Provide ongoing support to ensure proper functionality and data integrity during general usage, system changes, upgrades or implementations of new features, and ongoing general maintenance activities.

  • Document user guides, tips, and best practices for using the system effectively.

  • Deliver training to end users on system features, navigation, use, data retrieval and troubleshooting.

  • Help users adapt to new functionalities and/or processes.

  • Lead efforts for data migration and data integrity.

This role provides support to the strategic operations of the HSE Department for the client.

What you'll need

  • Minimum of 3-years experience managing complex projects and initiatives

  • Ability to multitask, solve problems creatively and work well under pressure

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently towards established goals

  • Familiarity with HSE technology solutions and software systems and their implementation

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and impeccable business judgment

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills exhibited in complex operational settings.

  • Experience in database management systems.

  • Experience working in technology solution implementation

  • Excellent written and oral communication and visual presentation skills

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the HSE Sr Analyst position is $68,000 annually [or $32.70 per hour] and the maximum salary for the HSE Sr Analyst position is $126,000 annually [or $60.58 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
