Description:

Candidates in this role will be working in the rubber shop as what they would refer to as a "Rubber Tech". This involves the use of micrometers, calipers, and material handling (no forklift). Candidates will be using basic hand and power tools to help finish projects. If you can imagine the rubber material that you would see at the grocery store when you put your items down to check out - that's the type of material and customers that they work with. Candidates will also work with larger rolls that are used on conveyors at places like Neenah Foundry or other larger manufacturing facilities.

• No more than 3 absences in the last 6 months (verify by references).

• Someone who has worked in a rubber shop before

• Someone with a mechanical aptitude
