The Inventory Control clerk assists with maintaining inventory control reports (i.e.: lost pallets, negative pick, etc.) and provides back-up support in Inventory Control Supervisor\'s absence. Essential functions include: - Perform daily physical inventory adjustments - Provide Accounts Payable with information pertaining to mis-receiving - Research and resolve lost inventory issues - Assist the buying department with new, discontinued, and return vendor items - Generate a weekly flash report for Grocery, Produce and Commissary - Perform aisle verifications; - Work with Quality Control to maintain product integrity Candidate qualifications: - High School diploma - 1 ? - 2 years\' experience - Complete knowledge of Warehouse Management System - Must be excellent with numbers - Knowledge of CRT and PC literate - Working knowledge of shipping procedures - Must be an expert in the receiving department operation - Knowledge of EXE Technology, WMS systems and HK systems interface - Basic Word, Excel and Outlook skills
