Review and reconcile accounts and fund groups to review all entries and approve vouchers. Monitor accounts, transactions and/or processes to ensure integrity and reliability and adherence to University policies and procedures. Confirm financial status periodically by monitoring and reconciling revenue and expenses.Preparation of financial reports including monthly summary reports, unit budget to actual reports, account monitoring reports, annual financial reports, and other miscellaneous reports.Responsible for supporting financial activities such as budget, revenue and expense compliance, and other business services.Prepares recommendations and documentation to create and update business services. Interprets and ensures compliance with federal, state, grant awards, and University policy. Performs related duties as assigned.
