We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant to CEO based in Bangkok with proactive and can-do attitude to provide high level managerial as well as administrative support to our top executive.

Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Act as a liaison between CEO and various internal and external stakeholders.

  • Assist the executive and senior managers in handling special projects and ad-hoc assignment when required.

  • Provide general administrative support to the CEO including monitor all information flows, including maintaining paper and electronic files.

  • Analyze strategic or operational tasks, gather, analyze and evaluate relevant data, and provides comprehensive reports and decision memos in assigned functional area.

  • Arrange management meeting and summarize key discussion points in minutes of meeting including follow up outstanding tasks to ensure proper execution.

  • Manage and coordinate the CEO’s time, priorities, travel arrangement and itinerary, ensuring optimal time allocation and coordination.

  • Prepare, edit correspondence, communications, presentations reports, and statistical charts for internal and external audiences.

  • Manage integration of new office technologies and systems as appropriate.

  • Prepare annual plans and budgets, and complete analysis of monthly budget activity.

  • Maintain highest level of confidentiality of all sensitive or proprietary information.

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Thai.

  • Discretion and confidentiality are supreme.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
