Mature Workers Wanted in the Bedford County Area.  We provide paid training opportunities in the areas of Food Preparation, Retail Sales, Customer Service and Healthcare. Participants are assigned to local non-profit's for 20 hours each week where they contribute to that organization, learn new things and are paid for their time.

Part-Time... 20 - 30 hours... Monday thru Friday... Day Shift...$7.25 per hour...

Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including: being age 55+, unemployed and within income eligibility guidelines.

Position is funded by federal jobs training program called the Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP).
