Starting pay $17.78 + 1.00 shift premium

Role Purpose: We are looking for general labor to work in our Bluffton, IN manufacturing facility.Yearly pay increases are available based on a40-hour work week Monday through Friday,along with overtime opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus
• CNC operator experience is a plus
• Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time
• May be required to lift up to and including 60 lbs
• Knowledge of electric motors is a plus
