Overview

Manager, Creative Operations is responsible for the routing of and timely delivery and execution of creative concepts for ODP Business Solutions. This position manages all creative projects through Workfront and strategically and intentionally routes them to the correct creators, internal or external. This position ensures timely execution of creative assets, manages internal and external teams’ expectations, and reports regularly on the progress of all creative projects. This role also ensures that brief goals have been met and manages the Workfront tool and all associated reporting. This position will be responsible for catalog and direct mail implementation (print & digital).

This position helps resolve issues and contributes to all areas of creativity. This position will have a broad knowledge of work entailed in B2B creative and execution, including both digital and print, and experience working in and with website creation.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Drive creative execution: timing, allocation of resources, etc., for ODP Business Solutions in alignment with the Creative Manager.

• Manage creative agencies and Creative Managers workflow and load, and ensures all projects meet the creative needs as described in marketing briefs.

• Cross-collaboration with all marketing, product managers & Ecommerce teams, especially Creative Manager.

• Manage Workfront tool and provide all necessary reporting.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Minimum 3-5 years of marketing or related experience

• Experience managing Workfront tool and provide all necessary reporting.

• Written and verbal communication skills

*Remote: While this position does not currently require relocation, candidates within a radius of our physical locations, including, but not be limited to Boca Raton, Itasca, and Austin, will be required to work in the office a minimum of two days a week beginning in July 2024.
