Description We are looking for a meticulous Staff Accountant to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida. This role revolves around managing and overseeing various aspects of our accounting operations, including processing purchase orders, conducting month-end close procedures, and utilizing QuickBooks and Excel for various financial tasks. Responsibilities:

• Execute purchase order processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations

• Conduct month-end close procedures in a timely and accurate manner

• Utilize QuickBooks for managing and monitoring financial transactions

• Apply your accounting knowledge and skills to maintain accurate records and financial reports

• Use Excel for various tasks including data analysis, record keeping, and financial reporting

• Prepare and analyze journal entries and ensure they are recorded accurately

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations to ensure all financial transactions are executed and documented in accordance with company policies

• Oversee bank reconciliations regularly to ensure accuracy

• Maintain and manage the general ledger, ensuring all financial data is accurate

• Utilize QuickBooks Enterprise for complex financial tasks and reporting Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/ related

• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP)

• Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience with Bank Reconciliations

• Knowledge of General Ledger management

• Ability to create and manage Journal Entries

• Familiarity with Month End Close procedures

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and QuickBooks Enterprise

• Knowledge of Excel Formulas

• Experience with handling Purchase Orders
