Description:

This position will have the following responsibilities:

-Responsible for overseeing injection mold and blow mold process

-They have 18 blow molding machines and no injection mold - all machines have robots as well

-Will be completing new mold start ups and set ups and troubleshooting as well

-Maintain the whole process while running including cycle times and audits - making adjustments where needed.

-Will be overseeing production schedules to make sure deadlines are met

-Will be documenting via computer

-Make adjustments and corrections to molding processes and cycle times as needed

-Will be cycling the press to make sure it's ready for production

-Responsible for documentation daily

-Oversee the process monitoring, will check on each press at least 1x per shift where they are taking temperatures and making sure set points are where they need to be.

-troubleshooting and fixing issues as needed

-Ensure operators are weighing molds correctly

-Responsible for PMs on molds

-They will be working with vertical presses that come up and down

-Responsible for typing up a report at the end of the day of what they got accomplished

-Machines range from 5lb to 15lb
