Job Description: Performs supervision to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. The position will assist individuals with IDD in a residential group setting. Will implement training and service objectives and assess clients needs and strengths. The person is responsible for maintaining proper clinical documentation. A person must demonstrate and maintain competency in job functions. This position must comply with CMSs Omnibus COVID-19 Health Care Staff Vaccination rules published in the Federal Register on November 5, 2021. COVID-19 vaccine immunization is required and must be completed prior to hiring. Education: Required High School diploma or GED. Experience: Prefer experience working with individuals with IDD. Hours of Work: 8am-4pm; two days a week, however hours may be flexible based on the needs of the individuals served and their families/advocates. Licenses/Certifications: Must have valid drivers license and be insurable by Agency insurance. Physical Requirements: Light lifting under 15lbs., moderate carrying 15-44lbs., simple grasping, walking, sitting, standing, operating motor vehicle, operating office equipment, ability to see and hear (with aid), ability to read, write and count, ability to maintain confidentiality, and the ability to work closely with others.
