Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills: 18 years of age or older High school diploma or GED A valid driver's license Direct support experience required Supervisory experience preferred As a Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for facilitating the smooth operation of the home. This includes, but is not limited to: ensuring individuals receive the care and assistance they need for daily life, ensuring the home is fully stocked and has all the resources it needs, managing the staff, and more.
