The property features 378 guests rooms with 17,000 sq. ft. of banquet space across 12 meeting rooms.

We are seeking an energetic individual who is career driven, with a positive approach to hospitality.

As the ideal candidate, you will:

• Have a solidified knowledge of culinary preparation and execution
• Have previous experience in a professional production kitchen
• Have a detail-oriented approach to your work
• Have previous experience working with BEOs in a time-sensitive atmosphere
• Have working knowledge of various cuisines

If you have previous high-volume banquet experience and a background in various cuisine styles, that's a huge plus!

As a Cook II, you'll be responsible for:

• Preparing food items according to designated recipes and quality standards
• Maintaining cleanliness and complying with food sanitation standards at all times
• Managing banquet event orders in a friendly, timely and efficient manner
• Ensuring knowledge of menu and all food products
• Stocking and maintaining designated food station(s)
• Visually inspecting all food sent from the kitchen
• Practicing correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations
• Collaborating with culinary team on upcoming event preparations
