Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join our Talent and Leadership Effectiveness team to partner, build and implement learning and development initiatives that supports our Employee Benefits (EB) Practice area. You will design, develop, deploy, and measure learning solutions that positively impact performance and drive business results.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with various levels of business leaders, the broader learning team, and HR teams to understand specific developments needs for our national EB team.

  • Design and deliver a suite of effective learning solutions, programs, tools and resources. Solutions may include formal learning programs, experiential learning assignments, coaching, onboarding programs, employee benefits specific learning, etc.

  • Facilitate Training Sessions: Deliver training content via workshops, on-demand learning and coaching, to create effective and impactful learning experiences.

  • Content Creation: Design engaging and interactive workshops and post program resources, for both in-person and virtual delivery. Ensure content is up-to-date and relevant.

  • Evaluate Learning Programs: Measure program effectiveness using feedback, assessments and performance metrics to continuously improve the quality and impact of learning initiatives.

  • Manage projects: Lead and drive national initiatives including scoping, project development, milestone identification, project timelines, and change management efforts to support project integration, adoption, and success.

  • Create tools and resources to facilitate adoption and sustainability of learning programs and initiatives.

  • Effectively leverage digital technology and learning systems to communicate to broad audiences, implement training curriculum, and track program effectiveness and participation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or 10+ equivalent experience corporate training, or similar work environments

  • 5+ years of relevant learning and development experience, ideally in a fast-paced organization with a distributed workforce.

  • Prior experience working in insurance, brokerage, and/or employee benefits areas is preferred.

  • Well versed in digital learning, just-in-time, and blended learning strategies.

  • Demonstrated skill in instructional design and implementing development programs for all audiences.

  • Excellent facilitation skills. Experience facilitating in small and large group facilitation in multiple modalities.

  • Strong experience in driving national learning initiatives and associated change management.

  • Experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring programs/processes.

  • Very detail-oriented & organized.

  • Experience with Cornerstone a plus.

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., multiple Outlook accounts, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.), Teams and Zoom.

  • Ability to travel 25% of the time.
