Job Overview: Our digital internship program offers interns a hands-on experience in various aspects of digital marketing and strategy, including content creation, search engine optimization, analytics, campaign planning, data analysis, and performance tracking. Interns will collaborate closely with our seasoned team, acquiring invaluable insight into client-centered digital marketing. Overall, the internship offers a dynamic opportunity to cultivate strategic marketing skills and establish a solid foundation for a thriving career in the constantly evolving realm of digital marketing. Job Duties: Assist with monitoring performance of active digital advertising campaigns to ensure delivery is keeping pace with budgeted spend. Learn about lead research to assist team members in preparation for discovery meetings with new prospective clients. Attend initial discovery meetings with team members to observe how our agency approaches new business development. Attend client meetings and presentations with team members to discuss campaign strategies, performance reports, and recommendations. Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop digital marketing strategies and campaigns. Assist in creation of marketing reports and recaps that communicate campaign performance and strategic recommendations. Assist with client everboarding which includes on-boarding new clients and touchpoint cadences with existing clients. Support team with other department duties as requested and needed. Qualifications: Must be currently enrolled in college or university with an emphasis in Broadcasting, Business, Advertising, Marketing, or Communications that requires an internship experience. Reliable, creative, outgoing, and personable; able to interact with the public. Project an appropriate image with respect to dress and demeanor. Must be a problem solver with the ability to prioritize. Must have the ability to work well in a team, as well as individually. Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record as determined by the Company. Ability to work in compliance with company policies and procedures.
