Requisition Summary We are seeking a highly motivated, customer service-oriented Recruiter to join our team. This position is part of a centralized recruiting team to a Recruiting Supervisor. This role focuses on positions within PACCAR Corporate, PACCAR Financial, and PACCAR Leasing. Job Functions and Responsibilities As a recruiter, your job responsibilities may include: Delivering full-cycle recruiting for all levels of positions Utilizing various recruitment methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to source and attract candidates. Conducting phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and other relevant stakeholders. Providing exceptional candidate and hiring team experience throughout the process, including reliable follow-up and follow-through. Effectively building diverse talent communities and driving brand awareness through various channels (LinkedIn, Handshake, Indeed, etc.). Participating in campus recruiting and other networking events. Participating in projects and special assignments, including continuous improvement activities and company-wide initiatives. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's Degree required 1-3years of full-cycle recruiting experience Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably with SAP SuccessFactors Ability to effectively accomplish multiple priorities in established time periods and meet deadlines. Metric-driven mentality and experience using data to influence recruiting strategies. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Customer service-oriented approach.
