About You

• A bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of experience in public accounting or related positions.

• A foundation in financial software and tools, with a passion to expand your knowledge and further your career in accounting.

Your Impact

As an Accountant, you will be pivotal in ensuring the companys finances remain impeccable. Your work will directly influence our ability to operate smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include:

• Reconciling reported revenue across various data sources, ensuring every figure is spot on.
• Processing precise invoice calculations and payments followed by a meticulous review for any potential discrepancies.
• Engaging with our customer base to promptly address payment concerns.
• Collaborating with department leaders and vendors for efficient procurement operations.
• Ensuring financial transparency and accuracy by reconciliation of all balance sheet general ledger accounts monthly.

Tools utilized: Quickbooks, Power BI, Costpoint, MS Excel, MS Teams, MS Outlook, ServiceDesk, and more.
