The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a(n) Senior Contracts & Proposals Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Work directly with Sales Leaders and Business Integrators to ensure contract terms are negotiated according to established contract standards, T&C policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Serve as the single point of contact for Sales Leaders; including working with the Customer Data team for prompt response on membership and administration fee questions from customers.

  • Lead the RFI/RFP process for National/Regional GPOs, distributors, federal government, and other IDN/end-customer agreements. Understand and effectively communicate the differences between proposed agreements, compared to similar existing agreements.

  • Understand all aspects of contract arrangements including general terms & conditions, pricing structure, membership allowances, and ongoing requirements.

  • Guide and influence cross-functional internal decision makers to ensure execution of contracts that meet company standards and business goals.

  • Manage contracts lifecycle including planning, drafting/redlining, execution, amendment, extension and retirement.

  • Support sales teams on resolving issues and deal management regarding contract pricing, membership connections and terms as required.

  • Lead all aspects of daily tactical questions from GPO, customers, BU and field teams, channel management, strategic accounts, etc.

  • Maintain high level of customer support-responsiveness, timeliness, customer service (contract/product questions, issues).

  • Serve as subject matter expert for US customer contracts and RFPs and strategic pricing.

  • Coordinate post-deal activities and ensure smooth transition with post-deal team counterparts.

  • Use the database to ensure performance appropriately supports contract offer activities, workflow management and archiving database as required by company policies.

  • Maintain contract information on SharePoint site, providing accurate executable information across the organization.

  • Review and fill out vendor registration forms; partner with our departments as required to solicit comprehensive responses.

  • Support US Contracts & Proposals team with Service Contract and Government bid reviews as needed.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Vyaire is looking for candidates who have the following required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required

  • 5+ years of commercial contract development and management and working with the market/customer landscape and segment pricing strategies, including GPOs and Federal Government

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills required.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.

  • Experience in medical device field preferred

  • Proven track record to quickly establish credibility, trust, and support within all levels of organization.

  • Strong analytical problem solver with eye for business.

  • Strong project management and time leadership skills

  • Ability to act with speed, agility and accountability to drive desirable outcomes.

  • Ability to work in a newly built, evolving organization undergoing significant change.
