We are in search of a VP/Director of Finance to join our team based in Dalton, Georgia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial and finance analysis projects, overseeing the regional forecast and budget process, and controlling regional liquidity. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a strong background in finance management, particularly with manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage financial or finance analysis projects

• Perform financial analysis on potential growth scenarios and summarize final impacts, risks, and upsides

• Coordinate requested financial projects and prepare/declare financial reports as required

• Take responsibility for the monthly, quarterly, and annual analyses of the regional consolidated financial statements and review of the corresponding internal and external group reporting

• Prepare essential analyses, reports, and reports at group level for various meetings and presentations

• Oversee the regional forecast and budget process, including the implementation of the strategy process

• Develop controlling instruments through the expansion of reporting structures and processes, control of ad hoc analyses, and definition of well-founded, internal benchmarks and KPIs

• Monitor and control regional liquidity with appropriate internal and external cash handling, company-specific financial planning, and preparation of regular covenant and collateral reporting

• Take responsibility for the weekly 16-week liquidity forecast and all measures in the area of liquidity optimization

• Introduce software-supported cash forecast and regional introduction of the payment transaction software.

Requirements • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally as a VP/Director of Finance, with a minimum of 7 years of experience

• Proficiency in CapEx, budget processes, and capital management

• Extensive experience in cash flow analysis, treasury activities, and cash forecasting

• Demonstrated ability to manage cash flow forecasts, cash flow management, and cash flow reports

• Familiarity with cash management processes and strategies

• Proficiency in using MS Dynamics 365 Business Central and Microsoft Excel

• Competency in cash flow modeling and forecasting & modeling

• Experience in KPI reporting and ad hoc financial analysis

• Ability to perform ad hoc analysis and ad hoc reporting

• Proven experience in budgeting and forecasting

• Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and business acumen

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred

• Professional certification, such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA), is a plus.
