Title: Machine Operator Location: Kettering, OH Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday - Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. ( four 10's ) with OT available on Friday. Pay: $17.50/hr. Description:

• Learns industrial math, print reading, and machining theory related to the department they are assigned
• Under the guidance of the Trainer or Team Leader, the operator learns skills related to the department which they are assigned
• Loads raw material and unloads finished product from machine
• Performs basic deburring on product
• Learns basics of safety, sawing, drilling, materials, turning, and speeds and feeds
• Learns safe operation of & receives practical experience on machines within the department they are assigned
• Follows sequence of operation on router
• Communicates with co-workers, and team leader to receive instructions and coordinate activities

Job Classification Requirements:

• High school graduate with previous manufacturing experience a plus
• Must have a good work ethic
• Must be dependable and flexibly with a good attendance record
• Must be detailed oriented
• Must stand, walk, push, pull, reach overhead, and bend to floor
• Exerts between 10 and 50 pounds on frequent basis
• Always adheres to Company safety policies
