As an Industrial Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery used in the manufacturing process. Responsibilities

• Operate industrial machinery such as lathes, drills, milling machines, and CNC equipment.

• Set up machines according to specifications, ensuring proper calibration and alignment.

• Monitor machine operations to detect any abnormalities or malfunctions and make adjustments as needed.

• Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts, to ensure optimal performance of equipment.

• Inspect finished products to verify conformance to quality standards and make adjustments to the manufacturing process as necessary.

• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

• Maintain accurate production records and documentation of machine settings, maintenance activities, and quality inspections.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot issues, implement process improvements, and optimize productivity.
