\ Processing mail USPS and Accountable\ Opening, sorting, counting USPS and UPS and FED EX\ Receive Accountable mail into TRAC system\ Process outgoing accountable mail (UPS.com and FedEx.com systems)\ Complete logs (record mail counts, etc)\ Some delivery of mail to floors throughout bldg.\ Lift 50 lbs which is a Ricoh standard.\ Assist with light fleet duties (toner, troubleshoot, etc)\ \ Skills:\ Good team player, good communication skills\ Customer facing customer service experience, flexible\ Specific mailroom experience would be beneficial but not required.\ Computer skills would be a great and would allow for potential upward career paths.\ \ **Driving will be required when converted to permanent to post office and other building (less than 5 miles) Customer vehicle Dodge Caravan (I understand that no driving while a contingent worker but would like to mention this to the candidates so that they understand the requirement of FTE.)\ \ Dress Code:\ Business casual.\ No jeans, TShirts or tennis shoes.\ \
