Job TitleWorkplace Strategist

Job Description SummaryTo develop real estate and workplace recommendations, the workplace strategist will interact with brokers and clients to understand client vision and goals, workplace best practices, and end-user drivers. The Workplace Strategist should be able to move from high-level visioningto focus groups and surveys to existing space assessment, test-fits, space recommendations, and change management communications. The workplace strategist should be able to navigate various tools, including Revit, Bluebeam, and Excel. Strong visual presentation skills and communication skills are required. The strategist will attend client meetings, manage project timelines, and obtain approvals to proceed when required. The Workplace Strategist will report to the Director of Strategy and lead or assist with developing client deliverables and recommendations supporting the client's strategic workplace decisions. Responsibilities Partner with C&W brokers and their clients Act as main client contact for select projects Possess excellent critical thinking and have the ability to generate innovative recommendations for client Have excellent verbal and written communication skills Produce/manage best-in-class client deliverables Provide quality control for teamwork Coordinate with the design manager for applicable projects Be a self-starter who can work independently as needed Attend pitches for new work and begin to generate new business Stay abreast of best practices and trends as a subject-matter expert Assist with service line reporting

Knowledge & Experience Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years minimum of management consulting and/or industry experience in architecture, interior design, workplace strategy, or related field. Build or modify foundational strategic vision to drive strategy and commit to metrics that achieve the organization's goals. Have working knowledge and/or experience in the implementation or execution of a strategic plan related to strategy. Ability to effectively interpret and apply policy and procedure Basic understanding of Corporate Real Estate and Financial concepts Strong team player who is adaptable and capable of driving change/change management Advanced relationship-building skills

Competencies Critical Thinking Excellent written and verbal skills Technical Proficiency in design software including Revit and Bluebeam required Technical Proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, and survey software required
