Adecco is currently recruiting for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Account Sales and Service Representative to work in-office in East Providence, Rhode Island. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity paying $20-$24 an hour. Candidates must have a professional phone voice, have excellent communication skills both verbal and written, and have a stable work history.

As a member of the Inside Sales/Customer Service staff you will be assigned established accounts to service. This includes calling those accounts to get orders and answer questions. The successful individual must get to know their accounts, track their progress, and prepare for each call to develop the customer as a maximum user of the product.

You will also work with potential customers generated from mailings, referrals, ads and trade shows. Frequent follow-up calls will be necessary to develop and establish new customers.

Requirements include:

• Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish)

• Great attention to detail/accuracy

• Ability to organize and multi-task

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word

• Good data-entry skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare pricing quotes and process orders

• Manage daily interactions with key accounts

• Monitor delivery utilizing back-order reports

• Communicate daily delivery updates to Customer Service Manager

• Communicate delays to customers as needed

• Respond to emails in a timely manner

• Prepare paperwork for opening new customer accounts

• Create invoices and estimates upon request

• Build relationships with customers to expand business

Experience working in a precious metals manufacturing environment is a plus, but not required.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
