Supervise and assist in the Management operational activity of 14 Entities.**

EXPERIENCE: A minimum of 2-5 years' experience as an accountant; Real Estate and Business a plus!

EDUCATION: BBA in Accounting minimum or corresponding experience; Masters preferred, per company policy.

LANGUAGE: Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not absolutely necessary.

DRIVER'S LICENSE: Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and current vehicle insurance to be able to drive own vehicle on company's behalf during business hours. Company offers the maximum reimbursement of mileage allowance.

OVERVIEW::

• Provide Monthly Financial Statements.
• Budget by entity and property.
• Analytical and financial analysis.
• Financial forecasting.
• Loan monitor, reconciliation and analysis

JOB DUTIES:

• Supervise Accounts Payable.
• Supervise Accounts Receivable.
• Supervise Deposits and Cash Flow Reports.
• Inputs Leasing Agreement terms in accounting system.
• Contractors advances and final payments for Residential and Commercial Real Estate Entities.
• Biweekly and Weekly payroll.
• Supervise General Accounting.
• Bank Reconciliations.
• Payroll Taxes, monthly, Quarterly and Year-end.
• Review and Supervised W-2 online submission for Employees.
• Supervised processes for Vendor 1099s.
• Calculate common area maintenance charges for Commercial Entities.
• Provide Year-end reports to CPA Office.
• Provide Analysis Review on Financial Reports.
• Review Year-end accruals and monthly amortizations.
• Special assignments.
