Qualifications/Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED

• A background in Assembly preferred

Job Duties:

• Depending on what line the associate is on they could be stretching the material over the foam and snapping it into place

• Steaming the material to get out wrinkles

• Thread wiring harnesses to the seats and using automatic hand tools or assemble the plastic side pieces and snap them onto the console portions
