In this position, the Billing Clerk is responsible for reviewing bills and performing data entry into spreadsheets and accounting software. Your responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and process bills or invoices for services rendered

• Build financial controls and procedures

• Evaluate billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness, obtain missing or correct data when necessary

• Work closely with other functional teams to ensure data quality and consistency Requirements - Excellent data entry skills

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

• Billing experience desired

• Medicaid Billing experience preferred

• Microsoft Excel experience

• Knowledge of medicaid

• Medicaid Claim experience

• Prior experience working with spreadsheets, internet applications and ERP systems

• Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
