The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for various manual tasks such as digging, loading, unloading building materials. Preparation of job sites by lifting, and hauling supplies. They will use hand tools like shovels, drills, pliers, picks, while operating various types of machinery to help them work and assist other crew members complete tasks. The individual will be expected at times to lift heavy items, loads or materials 50 pounds or greater. Tasks will change from day-to-day. The work schedule is flexible and can change with little advance notice. Reliable transportation is needed to be successful. Long hours may be necessary to complete certain projects occasionally. Specific training skills are not necessary. On-the-job training will be provided as deemed necessary.
