We are seeking an experienced bomag 1200/30 4' milling machine operator to join our team. As a Milling Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our Bomag 1200/30 4' miller to remove asphalt from various job locations. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and proficiency in various machining techniques. During times when we are not milling, you will be required to work on the paving crew.

Responsibilities: - Set up and operate milling machine to perform precision machining operations - Monitor milling operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards - Conduct quality control inspections to verify conformance to specifications - Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machine - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols

Skills: - Proficiency in operating milling machines, namely bomag 4'miller - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment - Must have a strong mechanical ability

Experience in Heavy Equipment operations highly desired

Experience in Asphalt Paving Operations highly desired
