Description:

-Change over and adjust all machines (JIM, Tape, WEB) as production schedule warrants

-Must be able to troubleshoot mechanical pneumatic problems on equipment...NO HYDRAULIC EQUIPMENT

-Read blue prints and fabrication, assembly and installation according to drawings, MIG welding is CRUCIAL for this

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

-3-5 years maintenance experience in a role that required mechanical troubleshooting and repair

-Must have good knowledge of 3 phase motors, industrial circuitry, and ability to read schematics

-Must be able to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and pneumatic problems on equipment

-General knowledge of safety guidelines & OSHA requirements (lock out/tag out, etc)

-Experienced welder

-Fabricating experience for miscellaneous parts, guards, racks, stands, etc
