Within the Defense sector, in addition to Combat Vehicles, our focus is on supporting US Navy platforms; especially submarines, aircraft carriers, and frigates. We have recently been certified to perform work to the highly critical NAVSEA weld specifications. The companys highly trained welders and technical staff are able to support the requirements associated with working with a diverse range of materials; including ballistic armor, aluminum, titanium, invar, and all mild and high strength steels. *Responsibilities / Job Duties / Tasks:*

• Knowledge of various material-handling equipment an asset
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations
• Possess a high regard for safety in the workplace
• Pick, wrap and stage orders to be shipped
• Inspect and perform maintenance of forklifts and other material handling equipment
• Identify safety hazards in the workplace
• Consolidate partial pallets for incoming goods
• Adhere to quality and customer service standards set forth by the company

Qualifications:

• High school or GED required
• Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted
• Must be US Citizen

Preferred Skills:

• 2+ years experience operating powered forklifts
• Valid drivers license
