Description

Clearance:Active DoD Secret Clearance

Work Schedule:Onsite with occasional travel.

Role Overview:

The Logistics Analyst II will support the defense life-cycle (acquisition) logistics of electronic systems, including C4ISR systems. Duties include analyzing contracts, system design specifications, and engineering/systems management data; developing logistics plans and procedures; and managing Logistics Specialists. A DAWIA certification in Lifecycle [Acquisition] Logistics Level 1 is preferred.

General Skillset

  • Experience with Microsoft Office

  • Verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work both collaboratively and individually

  • Critical Thinking Skills

  • Ability to give presentations and briefings as needed

Specific Skillset

  • Experience with defense life-cycle (acquisition) logistics in support of electronic systems to include: logistics management, principles, practices, and processes.

  • Experience supporting C4ISR systems or similar systems.

  • Analyzing Contracts, Analyzing System Design Specifications, Analyzing Engineering/Systems Management Data, Developing Logistics.

  • Developing Plans and Procedures, and Developing Logistics Management Plans and Guidelines.

Requirements

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

  • DAWIA Life Cycle (Acquisition) Logistics Level I, or equivalent course work.

Experience Requirements

  • 3+ Years of experience in defense life-cycle (acquisition) logistics

  • Direct experience supporting the development of C4ISR systems.
