Restoration Laborer
- Location: Greensburg, Pennsylvania
- Schedule: Monday -- Friday, Daylight hours with possibility of overtime Must be available to be on call one weekend per month
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform restoration and cleanup tasks in residential and commercial properties
- Respond to emergency situations such as water damage, fire damage, and mold remediation
- Use power tools and hand tools to remove damaged materials and prepare the area for restoration
- Clean and sanitize affected areas, including carpets, upholstery, and other surfaces
- Install drying equipment and monitor moisture levels to ensure proper drying
- Document work performed and communicate progress to supervisors

Requirements:
- Knowledge of restoration techniques and procedures (will train)
- Ability to follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects as needed
- General Laborer skills are a plus, training is provided
- Carpentry experience preferred
- Valid PA Driver's License
- Drug Screen
