This position will support all aspects of business in the SNC organization to ensure programs have the necessary material and services to support the Warfighter. We interface with external and internal customers, vendors, and other roles to ensure program needs are being met daily. This role is open to a hybrid schedule

Responsibilities Include:

• Placement of material and services on to Purchase Orders

• Maintain accurate due dates in the system

• Work closely with other support functions such as receiving, quality, planning to solve discrepancies

• Ensure compliance with all SNC policies and FAR / DFAR regulations

Must-haves:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and typically 0-2 or more years of relevant experience

• Higher education may substitute for relevant experience

• Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education

• Must be able to work in a team environment

• Must be an effective communicator

• The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required

Preferred:

• Self-starter

• Passionate about the missions we support

• Knowledge of FAR / DFARs

• Knowledge of ERP systems such as Costpoint, Source to Pay, etc...

• Knowledge of the Microsoft suite of software (Excel, Outlook, etc...)
