Entry level to 3 years experience in a welding or parts manufacturing atmosphere with the desire to learn. Must have the ability to read and take measurements, layout parts, tack weld small parts, prepare parts for fabrication and welding. Must be able to assist welders with fabrication and installation of materials applicable to marine projects.
