Aston Carter Part- Time Office Coordinator in Hopkins, Minnesota

Description:

• This role is onsite and will be the face of the Minneapolis office.

• Organize and provide administrative support for departmental and company meetings; orientations; training sessions and other events.

• Take full responsibility for ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction.

• Manage daily office operations and tasks, ensuring the office is an efficient collaboration space to all who use it.

• Greet and direct visitors. Answer and direct phone call inquiries.

• Schedule meeting rooms, guest speakers and handle catering requests, food orders, delivery, set-up and removal for various company events.

• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence such as opening and distributing mail and handling deliveries.

• Place orders and maintain office supply inventory including ordering snacks, beverages, office supplies, and own all maintenance schedules and vendor relationships.

• Collaborate with local HR and local leadership in planning and executing any ongoing or one-time project needs as needed.

• Maintain a high level of energy, enthusiasm, engagement and commitment to action.

• Develop trust and model open, candid, respectful communication and collaborative teamwork.

• Demonstrate a high degree of self-awareness and commitment to personal development and learning.

• General office clerical support and other ad-hoc duties as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1+ year experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferred

• Ability to be strategic towards business outcomes as well as manage and handle day-to-day details and deadlines

• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
