Do you have experience in accounting work? Are you knowledgeable in collections and receivables duties? You can use both of those skills in this Accounts Receivables position for a valued client of ours in a brand-new facility in South Jacksonville. This is a full-time, temporary-to-hire opportunity with great benefits, compensation, and career advancement opportunities upon going permanent. Training is hands-on, inoffice and comprehensive.

salary: $21.5 - $22 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Collections on past due Invoicing

• Coding Remittances from clients

• Applying Cash

• Invoice customers accurately and timely

• Weekly maintain past due accounts

• Call on past due receivables and send out collection letters

• Collecting backup on shot pays

• Code deposits and deposits daily

• Write and Enter account credits

• File A/R invoices (open & paid)

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• Coding/Batching (2 years of experience is required)

• Excel (2 years of experience is required)

• Data Conversions (2 years of experience is required)

• Accounts Receivable (2 years of experience is required)

• B2B collections (2 years of experience is required)
