Responsibilities

• Perform repairs on electro-mechanical medical devices such as light sources, cameras, LED's, headlights, etc.

• Conduct assessments of damaged products returned from the field.

• Coordinate with internal customer service department to obtain owner's permission for repairs.

• Execute repairs once approval is obtained.

• Ensure repaired units meet quality standards before shipment.

Requirements:

• strong electro-mechanical assembly skills.

• Proficient in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues.

• Ability to work independently and efficiently.

• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal departments and customers.

• Must be detail-oriented and quality-focused.
