Adecco has a long-term contract opportunity with a global pharmaceutical organization. This position will perform day-to-day orders and coordinate activities per the required schedule. You will have the opportunity to interface with internal and external customers from multiple departments and all levels of management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle and collect data.

• Effectively enter details into spreadsheets and create orders in the databases.

• Communicate customer data corrections via email.

• Enter and manage customer accounts and orders in the software systems.

• Manage customer communications via email and ensure customer order inquiries are attended to in a timely fashion.

• Participate in department meetings and training to remain current on products and their use.

• Promote Excellent Customer Service. Identify tasks at hand and take appropriate action to achieve a positive outcome for our customers.

• Perform duties in a safe manner. Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

• Report deviations, or unexpected results in a timely fashion, in accordance with the organization's CAPA (corrective action, preventative action).

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma required; some college preferred.

• Demonstrates high quality work and detail oriented.

• Knowledge of Excel and industry standard software.

• Critical Thinker

Pay Details: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
