About you and this role- What you will do in this role

Provides administrative or clerical support and administers general office activities. Such activities are clerical in nature and may include pulling together data, preparing reports, handling requests for information, receiving visitors, preparing travel schedules, arranging calls and scheduling meetings. Works within guidelines under general supervision.

Responsibilities- Duties, projects, tasks, and activities you would be responsible for in this role

  • Preparation of PowerPoint presentations.

  • Coordination of domestic and international travel arrangements.

  • Internal/External Meeting coordination and organization including teleconferencing, WebEx, Microsoft Teams, videoconferencing, area meetings, often involving multi-site and off-site events.

  • Calendar management.

  • Provide general administrative support to one or more leaders or department. Exercise discretion and independent judgment in managing flow of work.

  • Provides training coordination and ODMS support.

  • Submits purchase requisitions.

Qualifications- Required education, experience and abilities that are needed for this role (must haves)

  • A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience.

  • A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.

Preferred Skills -An expanded list of qualifications that are "nice to have", but not essential

  • An Associate's degree or higher education.

  • Previous administrative experience.

  • Experience with major office systems including Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

  • Strong work ethic.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Very good interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work well under pressure of meeting deadlines.

  • Flexibility to work independently.

  • A team player.

  • Competence to prioritize and organize.

  • Must be able to handle confidential information with strict discretion and professionalism.
