Important Qualifications and Required Skills:

  • Through every interface, collaboration with colleagues to ensure the team provides our customers with a world-class experience.

  • Provide customers with solutions for their HVAC and other home comfort needs.

  • Consult with potential and existing customers to provide a customized HVAC system solution including our exclusive maintenance program through sales agreement.

  • Serve as the leader of the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure all sales agreements have been fulfilled to customer satisfaction.

  • Follow-up with existing sales bids and leads to offer any additional information as needed to convert them into sales.

  • Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers. · Emphasize salable features, quotes, prices and credit terms and prepare sales orders for jobs sold.

  • Build and maintain customer relationships.

  • Participate in various sales activities to support corporate efforts including, but not limited to, trade shows, referral groups, etc.

  • Must be willing and able to work evenings and weekends.

  • Ability to work under pressure and display a positive attitude towards work and be a team player.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:

  • Self-motivated and must have initiative to complete tasks with minimal supervision.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment.

  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; prioritize, organize, document information, keep accurate records and follow-up as necessary to complete customer’s job accurately and on time.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be (18) eighteen years of age or older.

  • Legally permitted to work in the United States.

  • Pass background screening clearance for employment.

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Years of Relevant Work Experience: 5 years+ sales background preferably in HVAC or Home Improvement industry

  • Microsoft suite, Google calendar, ERP technology.

  • Knowledge or experience in the home improvement or construction industry, preferred.
