Charger Water Treatment Products is seeking a skilled Warehouse Associate to join our team in Knoxville, Tennessee. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for various warehouse tasks including production, assembly, receiving, storing, picking, packing, and delivering our water treatment products.

Charger Water Treatment Products has been a leader in the water treatment industry for over 30 years. We design and manufacture a wide range of water treatment equipment including filters, softeners, and RO systems. Job Responsibilities:

• Receive and unload incoming shipments

• Store materials in designated areas

• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently

• Prepare and stage shipments for delivery

• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and stock rotation

• Keep the warehouse clean and organized

• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks

• Safely drive our 16' box truck

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred

• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Basic computer skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Forklift certification is a plus

• Must be able to pass DOT physical test and be willing to fill in wherever needed

Benefits

• $16.50/hour. Monday-Friday, Fulltime plus overtime.

• $100 monthly bonuses when goals are met
