Join Our Team as a CNC Machinist!

Are you a skilled CNC Machinist with a passion for precision machining? Do you have experience working with CNC equipment and a desire to excel in a dynamic manufacturing environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team and make a difference!

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications.

• Program CNC equipment using G-code and CAD/CAM software to optimize machining processes and ensure accurate production.

• Select and install tooling, fixtures, and workholding devices to facilitate machining operations.

• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards and meet production targets.

• Perform regular maintenance tasks on CNC machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn or damaged parts.

• Conduct quality inspections of machined components using precision measuring tools and equipment.

• Troubleshoot machining issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or certification in CNC machining is preferred.

• Proven experience as a CNC machinist or similar role in a manufacturing environment.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.

• strong knowledge of CNC programming languages, such as G-code, and CAD/CAM software.

• Ability to set up and operate CNC machines, including vertical and horizontal mills, lathes, and machining centers.

• Experience with precision measuring tools and equipment, such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time
