Description

We are offering an opportunity for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk based in Livonia, Michigan, United States. This is a part-time role (20 hours a week), focusing on maintaining and managing customer accounts. This role is a contract position and will require an individual proficient in account reconciliation, billing, cash collections, and other associated skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provides analytical support to main office

• Collects, reviews and corrects any incoming data daily

• Invoices customers weekly

• Monitors customer accounts to ensure they are up-to-date on a daily basis

• Contacts delinquent suppliers for payment

• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel (required)

• Previous experience with cloud-based software (required)

• 1-3 years of office experience preferred

  Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) management is a must-have.

• Demonstrable experience in Account Reconciliation is required.

• Mastery in Billing procedures is essential.

• Proficiency in Cash Applications is needed.

• Proven ability in Cash Collections is a must.

• Knowledge of Commercial Collections is required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary.

• Familiarity with Oracle software is essential.

• Experience in using QuickBooks is desired.

• Understanding of SAP systems is required.
