Nexeo is currently seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined Mechanical Assembler to join our team. As a Mechanical Assembler,you will be responsible for assembling individual parts of our products,creating sub-assemblies,and assisting in installing full products into vehicles. This role requires precision,attention to detail,and working efficiently in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  Perform assembly tasks using hand tools at sub-assembly stations.

  Assist in assembling sub-assemblies on the mainline according to specifications.

  Install full products into vehicles,ensuring proper fit and functionality.

  Hook up carpet cleaning machines to vehicle gas lines as needed.

  Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.

  Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards at all times.

Qualifications

  Excellent communication and delegation skills.

  Strong organizational and management abilities.

  Previous supervisory experience preferred.

  2+ years of working knowledge in electrical,plumbing,HVAC,landscaping,painting,sprinkler repair,and carpentry preferred.

  Must have previous mechanical/automotive experience.

  High School Diploma or equivalent.

*Pay *

$24.00 - $28.00 Per Hour

*Schedule *

Monday Friday | Start time between 7:00am 8:00am (flexible,but no later than 8am) with end times between 4:00pm 5:00pm,depending on the start time (e.g.,7-4,7:30-4:30,8-5)
