Description

Our client is looking for an Estate Planning Legal Secretary to join our client, a national firm to support a partner in the estate planning and tax department. This is a temporary with the potential of becoming a permanent role if a good fit on both sides. The role is hybrid in Century City.

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling and Calendaring

• Managing and updating iManage software

• Managing client communication via email

• Review and draft legal documents

  Requirements

Requirements:

• 1+ years as a Legal Secretary with calendaring experience is required
