Production - General Laborer, Louisville, KY

Pay Rate: $21.20

Sign On Bonus: $1000. Paid $500 after completing 90 days, $500 after completing 180 days on job.

Schedule: 1st Shift: 6am - 4:45pm, Four 10-hour days: Work Monday-Thursday.

Overtime, Friday, available based on business need, overtime shift: 5am - 1pm.

As a General Laborer, you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives!

Key Responsibilities
Prepare materials and product for packaging and shipment to customers.
You will work in a production environment with the appropriate safety procedures in place.
Maintain and clean production equipment to ensure cleanliness and equipment reliability.
Comply with all safety rules and standard safety practices.
Operate computer automated filling and packaging equipment to keep filling process at proper speed while producing quality products.
Utilize equipment such as hoses, pumps, small tanks, etc., to fill finished goods into containers (gallon cans, pails, totes, drums, and other containers)
Achieve production requirements as well as ensure that quality and safety related standards are maintained.


Qualifications
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day.
1 year of Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
Ability to work any job, and work overtime as needed.
1 year of Forklift experience preferred.
