Looking for foods machine operators and batch mixers $16-19/hr

Description:

Candidates will be responsible for setting up, monitoring and changing over food processing equipment to make pizzas

In the bakery department candidates are mainly operating mixing machines, filling machines and baggers

Candidates can switch between operating a mixer, filler and grinding machine work in teams of 3-4

Grinding machine - scooping cauliflower into a grinding machine to turn it into a more fine material, from there is goes into the mixer where it is mixed with other materials to make a doughy product

Bagger operators need to change and monitor the speed temperature, smart scale weights and vibration before each order and monitor the film on the bags

Reading and interpreting a batch ticket to make dough

Weighing the ingredients and adding specific amounts of raw materials and starches to each batch
